Renewals: License expires April 30 each year
Due to the transition to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing
System, the present continuing education year (which would be ending
April 30, 2008) will be extended to October 31, 2008. Any individual who is
registered as of June 30, 2008, will need to complete 12
hours of continuing education within
the time period May 1, 2007 to October 31, 2008.
Verification of continuing education will be completed with the registration
renewal due December 1, 2008 for the license year
January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009.
